*Qual è la differenza tra KOSHER mezuzà e MEHUDAR mezuzà?

MEHUDAR mezuzà.

Gli scribi seguono le prescrizioni (PSAK CHALAKHA, ovvero Mishnah Brurah, Keset Hasofer, Kol Yaakov) dei principali studiosi di Torà (POSKIM). Lo scriba segue anche non solo la lettera della legge rigorosa, ma anche le raccomandazioni degli studiosi di Torà su come migliorare e abbellire la scrittura che rende la mezuzà valida a priori (KOSHER LECHTCHILA) secondo tutte le principali opinioni legali ebraiche. Di solito lo scriba impiega più tempo a scrivere mezuzà MEHUDAR e quindi costa di più.

KOSHER mezuzà.

Gli scribi seguono la lettera della legge rigorosa secondo le opinioni di uno studioso legale (cioè Mishnah Brurah) e pussono ignorare le opinioni di altri studiosi legali. La mezuzà di solito è valida (KOSHER) secondo l'opinione di uno studioso legale e talvolta è valida solo post factum (KOSHER BEDIEVED, vale a dire, è valida poiché non è un modo per cambiarlo ma non è il modo migliore per farlo.)
